Once you’ve settled in, get your legs moving by climbing Mont-Dol, which overlooks the Domaine: a 10-minute walk and you’ll have the whole Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel at your feet, from Saint-Malo to Cancale to Granville. From here, you can see that all the area’s top spots are within 20km and the sea only 5 km away!

After a day out and about, you’ll love coming back to your room: each one is named for a warm spice or fragrance such as vanilla or cinnamon, which gives you an idea of the welcome that awaits. Leaf through a book as you linger on a chaise-longue in our walled garden, stroll through the organic vegetable garden, and work up a good appetite. Then you’ll be ready for the fine dining on offer: from the gardens via the kitchen to your tastebuds!

The Jardin des Simples dining experience offers the quality you’d expect given the comfort and charm of these surroundings.  Yannick expresses his talent and passion as a chef, having worked alongside Michelin-starred professionals.
